smartbuy® Training works closely with buyers and supplier to ensure end users know how to access and make the most of their new electronic purchasing system or connection, delivering information and training on how smartbuy® is effective in saving time and costs on a day to day basis.
smartbuy® Training is integral to the successful rollout and implementation of smartbuy® solutions to buyers and suppliers.
Training Courses
The smartbuy® Training Team have been thorough and rigorous in their planning of training courses, having taken into account all the complexities of training buyers. smartbuy® Training have developed learning programs using instructor led (face-to-face), e-learning and remote site learning (online), which are cost efficient and provide quality outcomes.
Standard and Customised Face-to-Face Buyer Courses
Training is tailored to cover the needs and requirements for buying organisations based on their size and complexity. There are standard courses available, which can be attended by most organisations, or more complex customised courses can be developed based on the specific needs of an organisation.
Administrator Training
Training for organisations administrators consists of a full day, interactive face-to-face course, covering set up of departments, users, workflows and General Ledger Codes.
Buyer Training
Training for organisations buyers consists of a half day, interactive face-to-face course covering search and browse, raising a requisition and approval processes.

e-Learning online courses are also available for organisation administrators and buyers who cannot attend face-to-face training. A self-paced online learning tool, the e-Learning workbooks and access to the Training Environment provide an excellent educational technique for smartbuy®. There are two Training Environments available to assist with your learning.
