Who can purchase through smartbuy®?
smartbuy® solutions are available to all NSW Government agencies; state-owned corporations; agencies of the Commonwealth, states and territories; Local Government bodies; public or private schools, colleges and universities and public hospitals, as well as community-based not-for-profit organisations and charities who are registered as an eligible buyer with State Procurement.

How do I know if I am an Eligible buyer?
Buying organisations must be registered with State Procurement in order to purchase from SCCB contracts and obtain a smartbuy® account. If you would like to register your organisation, please complete the relevant form at http://www.supply.dpws.nsw.gov.au/Information+for+Buyers/Forms/Forms.htm
