Who can supply on smartbuy®?
smartbuy® services all Government organisation buyers. Suppliers eligible to trade via smartbuy® are those who service these buyers through being either a preferred supplier with a Government organisation or a supplier on NSW Government Contract.
Agency Specific Suppliers
Government buyers (organisations) can nominate any supplier they currently purchase through, or have a Preferred Supplier Agreement with, to become electronically purchasable on smartbuy®. The smartbuy® Client Services team will engage suppliers at the request of Government organisations and assist suppliers with the development, design, maintenance and publishing of their catalogue, delivering an electronically purchasable catalogue, specific to the requesting government organisations requirements.
Government Contract
To find out if you are a supplier on Government Contract, those currently contracted through the State Contracts Control Board (SCCB), or for more information on how to becomes a supplier through a SCCB arrangement visit www.stateprocurement.ogp.commerce.nsw.gov.au.
